Dennis Ross (R), the four-term lawmaker from the 15th District (Lakeland, etc.), announced yesterday that he will step down at the end of his current term. Ross won by 8 points in 2010 and has been reelected since, including having no opposition in 2012. No prominent Democrat has indicated an interest in the seat, though that may change.
