Obama Georgia Approval Rating Mirrors National Polls

Obama Georgia Approval Rating Mirrors National Polls

An InsiderAdvantage survey conducted last week for Fox5 Atlanta and Morris News reports President Obama’s job approval rating in Georgia as virtually the same as the week’s Gallup national survey. The Gallup survey conducted September 11-13 shows national approval of the president’s job performance at 41%. The same national survey shows that 54% of Americans disapprove of his job performance, with the rest undecided.

The InsiderAdvantage survey of likely Georgia voters shows 41% approve of the president’s job performance, with 57% saying they disapprove. The rest are undecided.

“The Gallup survey was taken during the same time period as our survey of Georgia. While some polls show the president’s approval rating slightly lower, most Georgia polls are within the margin of error and indicate that Georgia pretty much reflects the nation as to its view of President Obama,” says Matt Towery, CEO of InsiderAdvantage.
