Virginia: Kaine hits Congress on war vote. Last week, on the tenth anniversary of the US air war against ISIS, US Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) criticized the Congress for its failure to pass an Authorization of Use of Military Force (AUMF). “We are not supposed to be at war, in a declared war, on the say-so of a president without a congressional vote,” Kaine said on CNN, adding that not to vote on AUMF was “very disrespectful of the troops that we’re asking to risk [their] lives.” ……. Scott Walker (WI) touted his victories in Democratic Wisconsin. Carly Fiorina cited her business experience. Rick Santorum urged focusing on working-class voters.
