In a reversal of the views of his Republican predecessor, Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) has appointed Wendy Klein and former Del Jim Shuler, both pro-choice, to the Virginia Board of Health, reports LifeNews. Both are expected to oppose what McAuliffe calls “the extreme and punitive regulations adopted last year” that he says could close some clinics ……
