Texas: Paxton charged with securities fraud. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton surrendered to authorities yesterday after he was indicted on three felony charges of securities fraud. After he was fingerprinted and photographed, he was released on his on personal recognizance bonds. The matter involves Paxton’s association with Servergy, a company based in McKinney, TX, reports WFAA.com ……. Florida: Miller not running for Senate. US Rep. Jeff Miller (R) has announced that he will not run for the US Senate seat to be vacated by Marco Rubio (R), who is running for president. He said he wants to remain in the House  where, as chairman of the House Veterans Affairs Committee, he can work on reform of the Veterans Affairs Department……. Arkansas: Boozman cites needs for flexibility in nutrition measure. As a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, which will consider reauthorization of the Child Nutrition Act, US Sen.
