Florida: Partisan bias in redistricting? The district boundaries submitted by the plaintiffs in Florida’s on-going redistricting dispute were previewed by staff of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, according to the last line of the plaintiff’s filing, reports Sunshine State News.
