Cooper has one opponent for the Democratic nomination, Durham attorney Ken Spaulding ……. Louisiana: Jindal security costs double in eight years. In 2007-2008, the cost of guarding Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) and his family was $1.5 million. In 2014-2015, the price tag doubled to $3 million, reports The Advocate.
