Georgia: Poll favors McKoon, Ramsey. Although no candidates have officially entered the race to take retiring US Rep. Lynn Westmoreland’s (R) congressional seat, a survey by Rosetta Stone Communications (R) showed state Sen. Josh McKoon, a “religious liberty” advocate, would come in first in a Republican Primary with 10%, followed by state Rep.
