Ken Starr, who led the impeachment prosecution of President Bill Clinton in the Monica Lewinsky scandal, has resigned under fire as the chancellor of Baylor University, amid allegations that he ignored evidence of a sexual assault on campus. Houston Chronicle columnist Lisa Falkenberg, contrasting Starr’s stern role in the Lewinsky scandal with his apparently lax behavior at Baylor, wrote, “Who among us is without sin, without error in judgment, without regret?” Who, indeed ……. North Carolina: Ellmers-Holding primary Tuesday. Don’t just follow the California Clinton vs. Sanders results tomorrow night. In the Tar Heel State, there is a hotly contested GOP congressional primary between third-term US Rep. Renee Ellmers, once a Tea Party favorite, and second-term US Rep.
