Virginia: Felons on voter rolls to be identified. The head of the Elections Commission announced yesterday that the board would release the names of some 13,000 ex-convicts added to the voting rolls since Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s (D) executive order enfranchising some 206,000 former prisoners was declared unconstitutional, a move McAuliffe had resisted.
