Texas:  Supremes put redistricting on hold. The US Supreme Court in a 5 to 4 ruling on Tuesday stayed the decisions of two lower federal courts that had held two Texascongressional districts were drawn with discriminatory intent against minorities. That means the Texas districts will likely maintain their current boundaries in the 2018 elections.
