According to a report in the Washington Post, Rene Boucher may have attacked his neighbor, US Sen. Rand Paul (R), because when Paul mowed his lawn, the clippings thrown out by the mower landed on Boucher’s property. At least a neighbor heard them arguing about that a decade ago. Apparently, Boucher is no stranger to disputes with neighbors, including one over cutting down a tree. In 2012, after potential buyers pulled out of a contract to buy Boucher’s home, he sued them for breach of contract and slander, contending they disparaged his property ……. Tennessee: Ford fired for harassment. Morgan Stanley in New York fired former US Rep. Harold Ford Jr. (D-TN) over allegations that he “forcibly” grabbed a colleague over a dinner with drinks, reports The Tennessee Journal.
