She agreed to reimburse the city $11,000 and will serve three years of probation. Arkansas: Hutchinson announces work requirements for Medicaid recipients. Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) on Monday appeared with the head of the Trump Administration’s U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services and announced that Arkansas would become the third state – after Kentucky and Indiana – to require able-bodied recipients of Medicaid to work or prepare for a job, reported the Washington Post. Not approved, however, was a request to change the rules so that fewer people in Arkansas would be covered by Medicaid ……. Virginia: GOP voters undecided on senate nominee.
