In a 5-to-4 decision that broke along party lines, the US Supreme Court overruled lower court decisions that held the Texas legislative districts discriminated against Latinos. The high court ruled only one legislative district was drawn with intent to discriminate. Otherwise, the current districts will be used in elections this November ……. Alabama: Trump endorses Roby. In 2016, US Rep. Martha Roby (R) declined to support Trump for president, citing the Access Hollywood tape.
